General Terms and Conditions of Sale — PADEL LOOP™
1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of products made through the PADEL LOOP website between:

and any natural person acting as a consumer and making a purchase on the website.
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the corresponding pages of the website.
PADEL LOOP takes the utmost care in presenting its products. However, photographs, illustrations and visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only, and slight differences may arise, in particular, from display settings, materials or changes made to the product, without prejudice to the obligation to deliver a product that complies with the essential characteristics stated at the time of the order.
3. Availability and Pre-orders
Products are offered subject to availability or, where expressly identified as such, on a pre-order basis.
When a product is offered for pre-order, this information is provided to the customer before the order is confirmed. Available information regarding the estimated availability or shipping period is indicated on the relevant product page.
Depending on the options available on the website, an order may include products that are immediately available and products offered for pre-order.
4. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Prices are stated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes where VAT or any other tax must be collected by PADEL LOOP in accordance with applicable regulations.
Shipping costs and, where known and applicable, any other costs related to the order are communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order.
PADEL LOOP may change its prices at any time. Any subsequent price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to order and reviews the contents of their order before final confirmation.
Before confirming the order, the customer may review and correct any errors relating in particular to the selected products, quantities and information provided.
The order is registered after it has been confirmed and payment has been authorised or confirmed, depending on the payment method used.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer at the email address provided when placing the order.
PADEL LOOP may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including fraud or attempted fraud, payment issues or inability to fulfil the order.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process.
Transactions are processed by the payment service providers available on the store, including Shopify and/or its payment partners, depending on the method selected.
The order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed or authorised in accordance with the operation of the payment method used.
7. Delivery
PADEL LOOP delivers to the countries offered to the customer during the checkout process.
As part of its international logistics operations, certain products may be stored and prepared in logistics centres located outside the European Union, particularly in China, and then shipped directly to the end customer.
The shipping origin may vary depending on the product, its availability and the destination.
Delivery terms, costs and information regarding delivery times are specified in the Shipping Policy available on the website.
8. VAT, Importation and IOSS
For certain distance sales involving products shipped directly from a country outside the European Union to a consumer located within the European Union, PADEL LOOP may use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where the legal requirements for applying this scheme are met.
Where IOSS applies, VAT corresponding to the destination country is collected as part of the sale in accordance with applicable regulations.
The IOSS scheme applies in particular to eligible consignments with an intrinsic value not exceeding €150.
Any duties, fees and formalities related to importation are handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the terms of the shipping method used.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to inform PADEL LOOP of their decision to withdraw, without having to provide any reason for their decision.
The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning products and obtaining refunds are specified in the Returns and Refund Policy.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are those provided for by applicable regulations.
10. Statutory Guarantees
Products sold by PADEL LOOP benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable to consumers, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by French law.
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

11. Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
If a product is received damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer is invited to contact PADEL LOOP as soon as possible, providing their order number and the information necessary to identify the issue.
PADEL LOOP will process the request in accordance with the applicable statutory guarantees and consumer rights.
12. Liability
PADEL LOOP is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, PADEL LOOP cannot be held liable for damage resulting, in particular, from improper use of the product, failure to follow the instructions provided, or an event constituting force majeure, within the limits provided for by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights enjoyed by consumers.
13. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with the use of the website and orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
14. Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, videos, graphics and other content available on the website are protected in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited to the extent provided for by applicable regulations.

16. Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact PADEL LOOP beforehand in order to seek an amicable solution.
Where the legal requirements are met, the consumer may use the consumer mediator responsible for PADEL LOOP free of charge.
The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided on the website in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions offering greater protection to consumers under applicable regulations.
In the event of a dispute, the applicable statutory rules governing jurisdiction shall remain applicable.
18. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
PADEL LOOP may amend these Terms and Conditions, in particular, to take account of legal, regulatory, technical or commercial developments.
The Terms and Conditions applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
